Product description

Industrial lighting of machines is important both from the point of view of production quality and work safety and requires the use of specialized machine lamps. These machine lights are characterized by high ingress protection, robust construction, and the ability to work with a safe voltage of 12 or 24V. The LED machine light DeskLED 24V is suitable for local lighting of small objects, and we recommend it as a replacement for older halogen lights with an input of 20W. The DeskLED 24V machine light has proven itself excellently for lighting small machines such as drills, small milling machines, and lathes, but it can also be used on presses and other machines. To illuminate the interior of machines and switchboards, it is advisable to use the DeskLED 120 machine light (with a 120° beam angle) without a flexible hose in the version for screwing on the panel from behind.

The ribbed body of the machine light DeskLED 24V made of zinc alloy is equipped with one LED chip and completed with an aspherical glass lens. This lens is sealed against the lamp's body with an "O" ring, which guarantees a degree of protection of at least IP67.

The DeskLED machine light can have lenses with an apex angle of 16°, 40°, and 120°. Inside the DeskLED machine light is a switched-mode power supply that supplies the LED with a constant current in the range of supply voltages 10 to 48 V DC or 12-35 V AC. If you do not have a low-voltage power supply on your machine, you can find suitable power supplies in the Accessories and spare parts section.

We do not recommend using this light without another protection in close proximity to working welders and lasers, as their intense UV radiation can degrade the LED chip.

The DeskLED/HPS LED machine lamp is attached to the machine by a flexible hose (flexible arm, gooseneck hose) of a standard length of 450 mm, terminated by a metal stand with four holes for fixing screws. The cable outlet from the stand is either from the bottom or through the outlet on its side. The fastening can be completed with a switchable magnetic holder or a clamp on the board for an additional fee.
